Project Engineering Lead | Offshore Structures project coordination · offshore wind & oil and gas · up to €7,500 gross per month Are you ready to lead complex engineering projects that shape the future of offshore energy? As a Project Engineering Lead , you are responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating the full engineering scope for fixed offshore structures — from concept and basic design to detailed execution. You combine strong technical expertise with leadership and organizational skills to deliver high-quality results for international clients in the offshore wind and oil & gas sectors. Your responsibilities As Project Engineering Lead, you oversee both the technical execution and the progress of engineering projects, ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and clients. Your tasks include: Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across all engineering phases Overseeing project planning, budget, quality, and risk management Acting as the primary technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders Reviewing engineering deliverables and ensuring technical compliance with project requirements Guiding engineers in developing concept, basic, and detail designs for offshore structures such as jackets, monopiles, and topsides Preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, design reports, and progress updates Promoting collaboration between disciplines to optimize technical and project performance Company profile This international engineering organization provides design, engineering, and consultancy services for the offshore energy industry. With over 40 years of experience, it delivers complete project support, from concept development to fabrication and installation management. The company is recognized for its technical excellence, innovative mindset, and collaborative culture, offering professionals the opportunity to work on challenging projects within the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Minimum of 8 years’ experience in structural or offshore engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or coordination role Proven experience with jackets, monopiles, or other offshore structures or foundations for (preferably) offshore wind or oil & gas projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Dutch is a plus) Solution-oriented, organized, and capable of motivating cross-functional teams Offer Salary up to €7,500 gross per month, depending on experience 30 days of paid annual leave plus Dutch national holidays Fully compensated overtime Performance-based bonus and defined pension contribution plan Hybrid working model with up to 50% remote flexibility Career development opportunities, training, and technical growth support A dynamic, international, and collaborative work environment with regular social events Interested?
