Then we are looking for youWe are currently seeking an assembly worker for Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst. As an assembly worker, you will be responsible for putting together a towbar according to instructions. Working alongside a team, you will ensure that the towbar is assembled correctly. This may involve working at a workstation where you assemble the towbar using a pick-by-light system. Alternatively, you may work on an assembly line, collaborating with colleagues to assemble the towbar. Additionally, you will be responsible for quality control by conducting random checks to ensure that the towbars meet the required standards.This position is for a 2-shift system. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. The work may occasionally involve heavy lifting, but lifting aids are available when needed.Bedrijfsomschrijving You will be joining Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst, a leading technical manufacturing company specializing in producing towbars for the automotive sector. With years of experience in the industry, Brink Towing Systems produces towbars that are used worldwide. The towbars are manufactured entirely within the organization, from start to finish.Wij biedenHourly gross wage of €14.92 (excluding allowances); Shift allowance of 15% on top of your hourly wage; Additional day off allowance (ADV) of 5.12% on top of your hourly wage; Maximum travel allowance of €12 per day; Collective labor agreement (cao) allowance of €0.35 gross per hour.Wij vragenWillingness to work in a 2-shift system; Available at short notice (or as agreed upon); Physically fit.
