Sales Manager Nordics (Retail & Foodservice)
Join our dynamic Commerce team at The Juicy Group We are looking for a driven and visionary Sales Manager to manage and expand our accounts in the Nordics, focusing on the Retail and Foodservice channels for the fresh Juice category. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our market presence in this region.
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager Nordics, you will be the business partner for our current and future clients. Your primary mission will be to build and nurture a robust network within the Nordics, acquire new accounts, and drive growth with our existing partners. You'll stay attuned to market needs, identify potential opportunities, and foster sustainable relationships. Your insights will help us deliver high-quality products and meet our revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve margin, revenue, and growth targets in line with the budget and strategy.
- Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Drive the growth and development of our product categories with assigned accounts.
- Actively acquire new customer accounts.
- Contribute to the fresh juices and smoothies/ice creams category.
- Conduct negotiations and close contracts.
- Coordinate, report, and evaluate prices, assortments, promotions, and forecasting.
- Identify new opportunities based on trends, market, and customer insights, and initiate improvements.
- Optimize processes and ways of working with various locations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Prepare budgets, account plans, and forecasts.
- Provide structured and timely reporting to both customers and the internal organization.
- Document operational and tactical partner agreements in contracts.
- Align customer expectations and inform the internal organization.
- Collaborate intensively with departments such as Marketing, Finance, NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor level of thinking and working.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Experience in fresh products and private label is a plus.
- A strong network in the Nordics within retail/foodservice.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to operate at different levels internally and externally and share knowledge effectively.
