Whether it's recommending great places to eat, helping with the transport, or just having a nice conversation, you've got it It will give you energy to connect with guests all day long and serve free delicious coffees. You will also be busy enrolling IHG memberships, selling room upgrades and switching between different departments and solving complaints and possible problems. This way every day flies by. Job requirements and personal qualities

  • Hospitality is in your DNA, you know what the guest needs

  • Preferably you have experience in (international) hotels or in the hospitality industry

  • Fulltime and flexible, with shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00

  • You speak English and Dutch fluently

  • Preferably you live in or near The Hague

  • You have a proactive attitude, can switch quickly and pick up working with different systems

  • You are a team player but can also work independently

  • Affinity with Opera is a plus

  • It is useful if you already have experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP
