Bij Amsterdam Lake Hotel is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij bent het gezicht van ons hotel en zorgt ervoor dat de gasten met een glimlach en enthousiasme worden ontvangen.




Wat doen wij?


De werkzaamheden van onze afdeling zijn erg divers, geen dag is hetzelfde. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:


  • In- en uitchecken van onze hotelgasten
  • Reserveringen aannemen en verwerken
  • Administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Op een professionele manier eventuele problemen oplossen
  • Gasten op de hoogte houden van leuke evenementen in de buurt




Wie zoeken wij?


We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega bij de Front Office die beschikt over de volgende vaardigheden en eigenschappen:


  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt eerdere ervaring in een hotel en ervaring met een hotelreserveringssysteem, bij voorkeur MEWS
  • Je hebt een gastvrije houding
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk om verschillende diensten te werken, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen
  • Je bent zelfstandig
  • Je volgt een relevante opleiding en je stage duurt minimaal 20 weken
