We are looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to work closely with our sales team and clients to design and implement tailored C&I energy storage solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring technical feasibility, optimizing system performance, and supporting large-scale EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and customized energy storage solutions for C&I projects.
- Work closely with EPCs, distributors, and key clients to define system architecture and project specifications.
- Conduct on-site assessments, technical presentations, and training for partners and customers.
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Support sales in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions.
- Work with R&D and product teams to relay market needs and technical feedback.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in energy storage, power electronics, or renewable energy systems.
- Strong EPC and distributor network with proven project sales experience.
- Sales-oriented, extraverted, and open-minded personality with a strong drive for results.
- Technical expertise in battery storage, inverters, and grid connection requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with Chinese business culture.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
