Functieomschrijving

As an Air Freight Export Forwarder, you are responsible for the complete operational and administrative handling of export shipments. You will work in a close-knit team of six colleagues. Your daily tasks include maintaining contact with customers, agents, airlines, foreign carriers, and various internal departments. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate handling of export shipments, from customer advice to final delivery.Therefore:

You organize export shipments from A to Z for a variety of customers; You make bookings and prepare customs clearance; You arrange transport and prepare the transport documents.
