This firm is a young, dynamic, and ambitious audit organization that specializes in international group audits. Their mission is to help international companies navigate the complexities of international business. The clients are global companies with a presence in the Netherlands and a global expansion strategy. They strive to become a realistic alternative for international companies in auditing their global expansion.

The team is 20+ experienced auditors, from various backgrounds and experiences, including colleagues from all around the world. The office language is English, no fluency in Dutch is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting international group audits in compliance with ISA
  • Assisting clients in navigating the complexities of international business
  • Managing and supervising audit teams
  • Providing high-quality and timely audit reports and recommendations
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Staying updated with international auditing standards and regulations
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a larger audit firm
  • Strong knowledge and experience in international group audits (ideally according to ISA )
  • IFRS experience
  • Qualified auditor (RA, ACCA) or studying towards one
  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in other languages is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and diverse cultural setting
  • Ambitious, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ensure all work processes comply with regulatory standards
  • Right to work in the Netherlands (EU citizen or other relevant)
