Your Impact
You bridge the gap between business, information and technology as a one of Ordina's Data Analysts. Like a true subject matter expert, you hold discussions with stakeholders such as administrators, users and architects. You identify their needs and translate them into information solutions. You also draw up validated requirements and specifications with the right quality and depth and prioritize these with the business. You're the point of contact for the organization and for the scrum teams when it comes to content. And you're able to clearly convey what needs to be realized like no other.

We create sustainable value for our clients through data within our Data area. We help companies stay agile while in transition by making data and technology part of both daily operations and strategic decision-making. We use data to help our clients stay ahead of change. Our ambition is to help organizations excel with data.
The area consists of five practices: Data Governance and Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Science and AI, Data Engineering and Data Migrations, and Spatial Intelligence. Each with a distinct focus on content and the right solution. Over 170 professionals work in a content practice that is a logical fit for them.

You have a passion for your work and a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Guts, proactive communication skills and a strong analytical approach are essential for your role as a Data Analyst.
Required Expertise:
Bachelor's or master's degree Two years' experience in data analysis and data design Affinity with data, data structures and data mapping Knowledge and experience with data modeling and relational algebra Accurate and precise work ethic Analytical thinking skills, strong communication skills and a practical attitude Experience with SQL is a definite advantage Command of the Dutch languageBenefits
