We are looking for a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Supply Chain Team. About The Role: Innovating and Supporting Business Applications Globally

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for global labeling applications, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver effective process improvements.

  • Proactively develop and enhance business application processes to align with Nutreco's evolving needs.

  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Develop and provide training and user support, fostering strong relationships with business partners and remote teams
     

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with business applications in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

  • Affinity with IT and a strong understanding of business application management.

  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Soft skills: proactive, collaborative, adaptable, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • 75% remote work flexibility.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Location: Any European or American time zones.
