As Practice Lead CMS, you and your team will shape and flesh out the practice. By creating a work environment in which professionals enjoy inspiring work, collaborate intensively with colleagues and clients, and motivate and inspire each other, allowing them to continuously learn and develop. With your experience in the evolution, design, development and management of Cloud Platforms, the practice will continue to professionalize. By actively participating in business development with the goal of becoming an entrepreneurial, value and customer-driven organization.
As part of the Area management team you will give direction to the strategy and shape the area Platform Engineering and Operations. You are jointly responsible for helping to grow in portfolio, in #FTE and in new revenue. Ownership, customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial.You will do this by taking a senior role at the client, but also by building, leading and growing your practice. You make a valuable connection with the Ordina propositions and know how to make the connection between business and IT. You play a major role in further expanding the success of the Area and Ordina as a whole. Ownership, customer focus and entrepreneurship are crucial here.
Where you're going to get started
Within the Platform Engineering and Operations area, we help our clients' IT accelerate their digital transformation by designing, delivering and managing future-proof, agile and cost-efficient Cloud platforms. IT has become core business for clients, a driver of innovation and differentiation. This places high demands on IT's delivery process. The area platform engineering and operations professionalizes this process for our customers. We handle migrations from on-premise to these platforms. In doing so, we take future flexibility and scalability into account. We also advise our customers on actual usage and help with cost-efficient deployment. After design and build, we manage the platforms.
The area consists of the practices: Cloud Managed Services; Microsoft SQL DBA Eng & Ops; Engineering & Operations and CI/CD automation & Pipelines. Within this area, over 70 professionals work in a practice that is logical and appropriate for them. There is much collaboration in the development of (new) propositions. A dynamic team where sharing knowledge and insights is a great asset.
The Cloud Managed Service practice
The employees in the Cloud Managed Service practice are engaged daily in designing, delivering and managing Cloud platforms. Their deployment is both in Ordina HPT teams and in DevOps teams at customer sites. "

As a Practice Lead, you have a good overview of your practice and a strong ambition to work with your team to find and implement the best-fit solutions for our customers. You have a strong vision of the market and use this to generate new business.
You propagate your vision on Cloud Platforms, giving direction to the use of new and future possibilities. You from your passion for subject content the latest trends & developments. You have a proven track record and are a substantive sparring partner for clients and consultants. From entrepreneurship you see opportunities and you have the right skills to lead winning proposal processes. Of course you celebrate the successes within the practice. As Practice Lead you lead the CMS team with Cloud specialists. You know how to bind these professionals to you and take them on assignments with clients. You let them be the best version of themselves from the content of the profession. You create involvement and inspire your team to develop.
At least a completed HBO education in a technical or business administration direction with WO working and thinking level. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Cloud Platforms work area with a proven track record. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. As a connector between organization and teams you know how to make impact by bringing together customer value, quality and continuous improvement in optima forma. Focus on collaboration and a solid network, both inside and outside Ordina. Proven track record of providing tactical and strategic advice as an advisor at management level, preferably at C-level. You have an existing network with both customers, competitors and colleagues. Your leadership style is focused on inspiring, motivating and engaging your consultants where you make them grow to the next challenge, one step better every day. You have a healthy dose of commercial savvy and know how to achieve goals through daring, but without coming across as too pushy.Benefits
