Het huidige platform is al een heel eind op weg naar een dergelijke component-based architectuur, maar er is nog genoeg te doen. We willen bijvoorbeeld de basket en het check-out proces nog lostrekken van onze core en onderbrengen in micro-services.

Wij zoeken een lead/senior back-end developer die de verdere omzetting van ons platform naar een component-based architectuur gaat aansturen, en die daar zelf een belangrijke bijdrage aan gaat leveren.
Je bepaalt de architecturale hoofdpunten, zet de raamwerken op waar nodig, en realiseert daarna zelf de gevraagde functionaliteit of je stuurt de ontwikkeling aan. 

Begeleiding van junior/medior collega's hoort bij je werkt, maar het grootste deel van je tijd ben je bezig met programmeren cq het opzetten van de kaders waarbinnen je collega's verder kunnen werken.

Je werkt samen met de product owner en implementatiemanager bij het uitwerken van specs en bespreken van mogelijkheden. Je hebt contact met de makers van componenten waar we mee koppelen, zoals ERP-implementatiepartners en makers van logistieke software.
  • Relevante HBO opleiding
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met C#, SQL Server, Azure, .Net 6+
  • Je bent een team-player en nooit te beroerd om je collega's uit de brand te helpen.
  • Je hebt de architecturele vaardigheden om de overall architectuur van het product te bewaken.
We zoeken collega's uit Eindhoven of de redelijk  directe omgeving. We hebben gemerkt dat een grote reisafstand op termijn toch voor de meeste mensen een te grote belasting vormt. 
We willen continuïteit in ons team, dus gaan voor mensen die ook zelf voor de langere termijn gaan. 
  • Salarisrange: 4000 – 6000
  • 8% vakantiegeld
  • Bonus afhankelijk van bedrijfsresultaat en individuele prestaties

Thuiswerken is prima als de thuissituatie daarom vraagt of wanneer het onderwerp waar je mee bezig bent zich daartoe leent. In het algemeen prefereren we echter dat je aanwezig bent op de werkvloer. Onze ervaring is dat dit positief uitwerkt op de onderlinge communicatie, de sfeer en de binding met het bedrijf en het product.
