Dit is jouw functie

Vanaf de eerste dag start je fiscale carrière en ga je werken aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je werkt binnen onze organisatie in een team van (Senior) Tax Managers. Je begint onder meer met het maken van aangiften inkomsten- en vennootschapsbelasting; de volgende stap is het voorbereiden van fiscale adviezen. Daarnaast onderhoud je regelmatig contact met de Belastingdienst en met opdrachtgevers. Je leert de fiscale praktijk van onze opdrachtgevers door on-the-job training goed kennen.

Dit is jouw team

Ons team in Utrecht bestaat uit circa 15 fiscalisten. De sfeer in Utrecht kenmerkt zich door een open cultuur, saamhorigheid en gezamenlijk elke dag nog beter worden in ons vak. Hierbij wordt niet in hiërarchie gedacht, maar juist door samenwerking en over en weer van elkaar te leren.

De focus ligt op de generieke fiscale praktijk met zeer uiteenlopende dagelijkse vraagstukken. Daarnaast is er op een aantal specialistische gebieden diepgaande kennis en specialisatie aanwezig, zoals bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van vastgoed, estate planning, vermogende particulieren en familiebedrijven. Daarnaast bestaat een deel van de Utrechtse praktijk uit het bedienen van internationaal opererende familiebedrijven en/of PE partijen, hetgeen betekent dat wij ook op dagelijkse basis bezig zijn met het internationale belastingrecht.

RSM Utrecht bevindt zich in het monumentale pand 'De Oorsprong'. Een unieke en prachtige plek, met een grote tuin waar je zomers heerlijk buiten kunt lunchen. Deze authentieke werkplek is centraal gelegen, de bus stopt voor de deur (Oorsprongspark) en we hebben onze eigen parkeerplaats. In Utrecht werk je samen met ongeveer 100 collega's, verdeeld over de Real Estate desk, belastingadviseurs, accountants. Ook vind je hier onze M&A en Corporate Finance tak.

Als Tax Assistant herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

WO-opleiding Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie, afgerond; Na deze studie begin je (of ben je begonnen) aan een driejarige opleiding van de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB); Starter of maximaal 3 jaar relevante werkwerkervaring; Onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een 'rechte rug'; Oog voor kwaliteit van de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
