Thales has huge ambitions with its Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio. The introduction of the OneWelcome Customer IAM (CIAM) platform has resulted in larger and more complex deals, integrating different Thales products. To speed-up the go-to-market of new solutions, manage large deals and work on offerings across business lines, a Business Acceleration Team IAM has been established. Bid management is part of this team.

The Bid Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire process of preparing, managing and submitting bids and proposals for Thales' IAM solutions, projects, contracts, and business opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial sensitivity, project management, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's offerings and market dynamics.
