Our client market leaders in nitrogen fertilizers in Europe and the largest producer of melamine worldwide. Furthermore, our client is currently one of the few producers of renewable (green) ammonia. Our clients fertilizer puts food on the table every day. They also provide sustainable products such as tables, chairs, laminate and cars. Their products are in our lives every day without even knowing it They continuously invest in the best available technologies to minimize our emissions wherever possible. As a result of these investments, their emissions are among the lowest among our global competitors. Recently, they also added AdBlue to our product portfolio.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a highly killed and experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join their team. As an Instrumentation Engineer you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of instrumentation systems within our production facilities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the instrumentation systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability and efficiency.
In this versatile position you will work in the day shift and you will be part of the Engineering team that provides support to the 3 plant units.
The main challenges of an Instrumentation Engineer are:
•
Being a knowledge carrier and all-rounder in Instrumentation (I/PB)
•
Ensuring the technical integrity and availability of plant assets related to instrumentation
•
Responsible for the long-term maintenance strategy of instrumentation within the assigned plant (preventive maintenance).
•
Ensure compliance with all requirements related to the License to Operate (both internal and external regulations), ensure compliance with regulatory inspection requirements
•
Define necessary improvement, replacement and upgrade projects; responsible for Asset Life Planning of instrumentation equipment and independently scoping of investment projects (CAPEX).
•
Responsible for budget motivations for the projects and driving them during engineering and execution.
•
Being able to manage several projects with continuously changing priorities due to changing requirements.
•
Participate in multidisciplinary projects as a project engineer Instrumentation.
•
Lead / participate in the implementation of instrumentation related methodologies e.g. design and execution verifications.
•
Analyze and evaluate results of inspections/tests, define mitigating measures in case of deviations.
•
Contribute technical expertise in cyclic, engineering and operational breakdown analyses (HAZOP) and MOC (Management of Change) committee.
•
Contribute technical expertise in root cause methods (RCA) and/or lead a Root Cause Analysis
•
Support Maintenance in complex failures and 2nd line troubleshooting.
Requirements
•
Bachelor or Master degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
•
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in instrumentation preferably in the chemical process industry.
•
Proven experience in operational environment with a focus on maintenance.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
•
Someone who is a good communicator and have well developed social skills.
•
Someone who is flexible and can easily comprehend new things.
•
Someone who shows ownership and is eager to reach the agreed results.
•
Someone who can balance sound technical solutions vs. required delivery timings.
•
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
Requirements
•
Bachelor or Master degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
•
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in instrumentation preferably in the chemical process industry.
•
Proven experience in operational environment with a focus on maintenance.
•

Requirements
• Completed associate degree or college education in a financial field (such as accountancy, business economics or finance).
• Several years of experience, preferably in accountancy or within the e-commerce sector.
• Excellent skills in Excel for efficient data analysis.
• Knowledge of Exact Globe (or Exact Online) is an advantage.
• Analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
