We're looking for an IT Procurement Category Manager to join a well established global business experiencing a period of change. This role is perfect for someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about securing the best deals while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do:
Take ownership of IT procurement , managing everything from supplier selection to contract execution with confidence and clarity. Lead complex negotiations with major IT vendors (AWS, Google, Microsoft), ensuring the best possible commercial terms. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business goals and create long-term value. Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit to ensure procurement processes run smoothly and effectively. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships , ensuring accountability and high performance. Stay ahead of market trends to bring innovative, cost-effective procurement solutions to the business.What You Bring:
5+ years of IT procurement experience , with a strong background in high-value contract negotiations . A proven ability to negotiate with major technology providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.). Expertise in contract structuring, risk mitigation, and supplier relationship management . Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis . A confident, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills , with the ability to bring people together and drive collaboration.Benefits:
