BeschrijvingResponsibilities : Quality Management Systems Expert (QMS)

You're going to play a crucial role in establishing, evolving, and delivering quality standards. Your mission? Ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance. You'll be managing requirements and demands from suppliers, while also diving into validation and verification.

Collaboration is key, so get ready to team up with cross-functional groups and focus on driving continuous improvement to maintain those high-quality standards and keep the customers smiling

Your Key Stakeholders are:

  • Head of Quality Systems
  • Head of Operations and Partnerships
  • Head of Service & Installed Base
  • Head of Development and Technology

You will be focusing on:

  • Integral Quality Standards and Management per System
  • Consumable Quality Management per System
  • Appliance Quality Management per System
  • Customer Satisfaction Management
  • Change and Development Initiatives
  • Risk Management, including hazard analysis and risk management
RequirementsRequirements : Quality Management Systems Expert (QMS)
  • Master's degree in technical disciplines.
  • 5-7 years in quality roles within the durable goods sector, especially in B2B table-top appliances.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills.
  • Hold certifications in Six Sigma; ability to shift between disciplines is a plus
  • Experience managing and introducing quality management systems.
  • Proficient in establishing quality standards for appliances, components, and suppliers.
  • Capable of delivering comprehensive quality outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing complaints and executing recalls effectively.
SalarisThe Offer : Quality Management Systems Expert (QMS)
  • A gross monthly salary of around €5000,- based on a full-time position (38 hours) (depending on education and experience);
  • 4% year-end bonus;
  • 8% vacation pay;
  • A bonus that can amount to 12.50%;
  • Training and advancement opportunities;
