De rol
Als Fraud Prevention Expert ben je, verantwoordelijk voor de preventie van externe frauderisico's voor Knab. Je zorgt ervoor dat we fraudeurs een stap voor blijven. Hierdoor minimaliseren we fraude en zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten veilig kunnen bankieren. Je signaleert fraude risico's en vertaalt deze in concrete klantvriendelijke, schaalbare, verbeteringen. Je bent besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en weet om te gaan met intern en externe stakeholders. Je neemt initiatief en je bent niet bang om je mouwen op te stropen. Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste trends en goed in staat om op een gestructureerde manier teams overstijgend resultaat te behalen. Om jouw doelen te bereiken, werk je veel samen met de product owners, customer journey expert, quality assurance specialist en de analisten van Fraud Management. Je rapporteert direct aan de Lead Fraud Management.
Als Fraud Preventie Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
De werkzaamheden
Analyseren en inzicht creëren in de fraude risico's voor onze klanten en Knab; De nodige verbeteringen op fraudepreventie voor onze klanten in kaart brengen en doorvoeren samen met de analisten van het Fraud Management team, de product owners en de customer journey experts; Door ontwikkelen van de fraude strategie; Samenwerken met externe partijen (bijvoorbeeld telecom, remote tooling providers) op fraudepreventie; Bewustzijn creëren van fraude risico's binnen Knab en bij onze klanten.Het profiel
Je bent daadkrachtig, kunt snel schakelen en goed in multitasking; Je hebt een sterke visie over hoe we fraude kunnen detecteren en minimaliseren; Je krijgt energie van zelfstandig werken, maar ook van het samenwerken met anderen; Affiniteit met het analyseren van data en affiniteit met IT; Werkt resultaat gericht; Hbo en/of wo denkniveau; Kennis van integriteitsrisico's, FEC, de Wwft en PIFI; Ervaring in het managen en voorkomen van fraude risico's; Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Je bent minimaal uur per week beschikbaar.
