In de rol van data scientist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het transformeren van ruwe data tot waardevolle inzichten. Je gebruikt data mining en machine learning technieken om de beste oplossingen te bouwen voor de klant. Je bent sociaal en vind het leuk om met verschillende stakeholders te werken.
Je hebt grote kennis van en ervaring met data mining technieken, denk aan decision trees en Naive Bayes. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met machine learning technieken, bijvoorbeeld neural networks. Je maakt gebruik van data structuren en weet je te redden met Python en SQL (en soortgelijke talen). Beschik je niet over alle kennis? Binnen Smartworkz werken we niet met rollen maar met toegevoegde waarde en daar passen we ook continu de beoordeling en salariëring op aan. Nadat we bij een paar goede klanten hadden gezeten dachten we dat de markt wel klaar was voor de volgende stap. Zo is in de nazomer van 2021 Smartworkz ontstaan. Wij zijn specialisten op het gebied van data maatwerk. Data is de nieuwe manier van sturen en hier is specialisme voor nodig.
Wij hebben quickwins voor typische problemen in de data wereld ontwikkeld. Herkent onze partner een uitdaging? Dan kunnen wij het oplossen. Van de eerste stappen in Python tot het maken van de eerste deep learning projecten. Met onze consultants krijgen de partners kennis van meerdere bedrijven tot hun beschikking om state of the art data platform of machine learning applicaties te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast is er toegang tot Wizer Academy waarin mensen de kans krijgen zich verder te ontwikkelen.
