We zijn op zoek naar een (Senior) Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Engineer om de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van onze transformatorproducten te verbeteren. De ideale kandidaat heeft een sterke achtergrond in elektrotechniek, met een bewezen staat van dienst op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudstechniek – bij voorkeur binnen de transformatorindustrie.

Locatie: Rotterdam

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Samenwerking met SLA Manager tbv het opstellen van onderhoudsplannen voor contracten

Identificatie van risico als gevolg van contract

Analyseren van betrouwbaarheid van apparatuur en adviseren op dit gebied

Analyse van de hoofdoorzaak voor elektrische storingen en ontwikkeling van mitigatiestrategieën.

Werk samen met de ontwerp- en productieteams om de betrouwbaarheidsbevindingen op te nemen.

Optimaliseer onderhoudsstrategieën voor transformatoreenheden op locatie en bij klanten

Blijf op de hoogte van technologische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van de betrouwbaarheid en het onderhoud van transformatoren.

Zorg ervoor dat de industrienormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.

Kwalificaties :

Bachelordiploma Elektrotechniek; Master heeft de voorkeur.

Onderhoudscertificering is een voordeel/vereiste

Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een betrouwbaarheids-/onderhoudstechnische rol binnen de transformatorindustrie.

Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Vaardig in software en tools voor betrouwbaarheidsengineering.

We are seeking (Senior) Electrical Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of our transformer products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in reliability & maintenance engineering – preferably within the transformers industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooperation with SLA Manager due to creation maintenance plans for client's contracts Identification of risk due to contract

Analyze of reliability of equipment and advising in this area

Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to incorporate reliability findings.

Optimize maintenance strategies for on-site and client-based transformer units.

Mentor junior engineers and technicians in reliability practices.

Stay abreast of technological advancements in transformer reliability and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Troubleshootong

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.

Maintenance certification is advantage/ required

Minimum of 2-3years of experience in a reliability/ maintenance engineering role within the transformer industry.

Proficient in reliability engineering software and tools.
