Introductie Are you ready to shape the future of our organization's industrialization process? Join our dynamic team as a Process Engineer and play a key role in designing efficient processes for new products. From defining assembly structures to initiating process optimizations, you'll be at the forefront of innovation. Functieomschrijving Design lean assembly processes, defining assemblies, workstation layout, and logistic flows in collaboration with supply chain engineering. Define the manufacturing structure of new products and initiate improvements in the assembly process to enhance efficiency and quality. Lead process optimizations, cost savings, and risk reductions, driving further professionalization of our production processes. Implement improvement proposals to enhance product manufacturability. Wat verwachten we van jou? Technical HBO/WO education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering. Extensive knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and decisive approach. Experience in Factory or Production Engineering and production line layout is advantageous. Previous exposure to High-tech or Automotive environments is beneficial. Wat kun jij van ons verwachten?
