IT Project Manager – Join the Team Powering Innovation

Are you ready to make your mark in the world of IT project management? At SoftwareONE , we're on the hunt for a talented IT Project Manager to lead cutting-edge projects and deliver exceptional results for our customers.

As part of our team, you'll be the captain steering projects to success—on time, within budget, and aligned with our renowned pmONE Project Delivery Framework . Collaborating with a diverse group of experts (think architects, analysts, consultants, and more), you'll ensure every milestone is met with precision and every challenge is tackled head-on.

What You'll Do:

Drive Success: Plan, organize, and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals.
Lead the Pack: Support and guide a top-notch project team, fostering collaboration and championing innovation.
Stay on Track: Oversee project documentation, facilitate resource identification, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
Shape the Future: Identify new opportunities within projects and contribute to early qualification and assessment.
Mind the Budget: Control costs and ensure projects remain financially healthy.
Build Relationships: Manage client relationships and collaborate with corporate teams, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional solutions.
Improve Processes: Promote knowledge sharing, provide training to the project team, and support continuous improvement.

What we need to see from you

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Experience Matters: You've honed your skills as a project manager, ideally in a systems integrator or large service organization, and you're PMP/Prince2 certified.
Technical Expertise: You've worked with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, PMI, Prince2) and understand project financial accounting.
Language Proficiency: You're fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)—a must for our bilingual environment
