Ben jij gepassioneerd over het ontwikkelen van medewerkers en wil je bijdragen aan de groei van ons bedrijf?

  • Je beheert het LMS en zorgt ervoor dat dit dé plek is waar alle opleidingsinformatie centraal te vinden is
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt e-learnings en je coördineert trainingen van verschillende afdelingen, zodat deze beschikbaar komen in ons LMS (Docebo)
  • Je richt leermodules, catalogi en carrièrepaden in, zodat onze medewerkers altijd de juiste leertrajecten kunnen vinden
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze trainingen up-to-date blijven en houdt rekening met de nieuwste trends in Learning & Development
  • Je onderhoudt contact met externe opleidingspartners om de planning, facturatie en communicatie soepel te laten verlopen

Je werkt nauw samen met diverse interne teams om leerlijnen te ontwerpen die passen bij de behoeften van de organisatie, afdelingen en functies.
Naast het coördineren van trainingen en het beheren van ons LMS, denk je mee over hoe we Learning & Development verder kunnen laten leven binnen de organisatie. Je coördineert interne evenementen en ondersteunt bij diverse L&D projecten.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in HRM of Bedrijfskunde
  • 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Kennis van Docebo en Easygenerator is een pre
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
