**Context of the position**

You will work closely with our customers, providing them with advice and support both remotely and on-site. You will deliver services and expertise in implementation projects, train new and existing customers, and document product knowledge. You should feel comfortable delivering training sessions and speaking in front of groups.

**Focus Area**: Training, consulting, and support for customers in our DMS (Dealer Management System).

**Travel Requirement**: Around 15% of working time will involve travel (our customers are primarily based in Netherlands and Belgium.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with our customers, providing consultation and advice to facilitate their daily operations, both remotely and on-site
- Deliver services and expertise in deployment and implementation projects.
- Document knowledge about the product, including knowledge articles and training material.
- Consult and manage support cases for our customers.
- Involved in testing of new functionality in collaboration with our Engineers and Product department.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or implementation roles within a software/SaaS company
- **Languages**: Proficient in Dutch (written and spoken) and good skills in English. French is a plus.
- **Communication**: Comfortable presenting and explaining complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled at managing client expectations and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with support tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence)
- Familiarity with software testing processes and collaboration with development teams
- Ability to create training materials and user guides
- Professional Automotive background is a plus
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong coaching skills
- Confident communicator in group settings
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Strong collaboration skills and a team player attitude
- Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and handling pressure in dynamic environments
- Empathetic listener with a consultative approach to client needs.High willingness to travel
