As a Sector Lead, High Tech & Digital you lead by example and provide overall leadership and oversight of your team. You inspire the FOS Associates in your team on a daily basis to get the most out of themselves. Together we ensure that we have insight into who our customers are, to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing and to protect the bank’s reputation.

**You & your role**
FOS Associates are the right hand of our Bankers, in all FEC-related matters. We do this by combining our knowledge of FEC with customer service, and stakeholder management skills. We are also a sparring partner for the FEC analysts, create information requests, and ensure that all our clients - internal and external - are supported. In the role, you will also invest a lot of time in the personal development of yourself, and that of your team, so that you -and them
- are ready to take the next step within the bank in the long term.

Together with your team you can make an indispensable contribution to the servicing of our clients at Wholesale & Rural, Europe & Africa in a compliant and controlled manner.

**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the direct management and coaching of a team of approx. 8 FOS Associates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You take care of the planning and division of work, and are responsible for the realization of team objectives and reaching operational targets on an ongoing basis.
- Under your leadership, the team develops on content and skills that enable them to successfully manage the client portfolio on time and with the required quality.
- You are responsible for ensuring that processes are followed and take the initiative to continuously improve.
- You are the point of escalation for the associates.
- You inspire and motivate your team to (continue to) develop, creating a team that can and wants to use growth opportunities.
- You work closely with the other Sector Leads and Head of FOS FEC and maintain contacts with all relevant stakeholders.

**You & your talent**
- A completed Master’s degree, preferably in the financial-economic or legal field.
- Knowledge of primary banking processes, (wholesale) products and systems. Experience with TCF/Sponsor Coverage/Leveraged Lending is a bonus.
- Experience in operationally managing and (substantively) coaching a team of ambitious young professionals in a result-oriented environment.
- Good command of English language in word and writing - Dutch is a clear bonus.
- Previous people leader/management experience

**This is what we offer you**
- € 4.292,40 - € 7.307,58 gross monthly salary (scale 9/10), depending on experience and expertise.
- An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income), 8% holiday pay and 13th month.
- Hybrid working - two days per week in the office.
