**Hostel Supervisor** - ClinkMama & ClinkCoco (Reports to: Hostel Manager)

As Hostel Supervisor, you are a key player in the daily running of our hostels. You combine guest focus with operational leadership, ensuring the team is motivated, informed and delivering exceptional experiences. You keep an overview, make on-the-spot decisions and create a positive vibe for guests and staff alike.

**Some of the key responsibilities are**:
**Guest Experience**
- Act as a Guest Champion: listen, resolve and ensure guests feel welcome from check-in to check-out, leading by example
- Inspire the team to create memorable experiences, always seeing things from the guests perspective.
- Review guest feedback, share insights and implement improvements.
- Create events and activities, café/shop offers and other in-house facilities.

**Team & Leadership**
- Support, coach and train team members, helping them grow in their roles.
- Foster a positive, open atmosphere and strong cross-department collaboration, including our hostel ClinkNoord.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers with all admin tasks completed.
- Assist with scheduling and adjusting staffing as needed.
- Hold the team accountable for following processes and maintaining standards.

**Operations**
- Take ownership of the hostels; address any operational issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep and readiness of all facilities.
- Oversee orders, stock control and reporting.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for smooth operations.
- Manage Lost & Found, first aid kits and safety compliance.
- Support events and unique guest experiences with the creative team.

You are someone who has travelled and can relate to our guests, who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best you can be. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and can seek solutions to our guest queries. It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a similar role and an intermediate level of English is essential.
