**What will you do to champion the best employee journey**

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with several management teams and other team managers, providing them with the HR insights they need to excel. Your role will involve:

- Creating HR plans that are aligned with our company objectives.
- Offering HR coaching and advice to managers, ensuring they have the support they need.
- Leading projects and initiatives, independently or with the team, that elevate our mission and enhance our employee experience.
- We are supporting managers and our employees in organizational changes and transformation processes.
- Understanding Xebia’s mission and core values like no other, embracing them, and translating them into your work is the foundation of our strong employer brand and culture.

**THIS IS YOUR DREAM JOB IF**

You have a solid background in HR Business Partner or HR advisory roles.

You’re well-versed in HR practices, Dutch employment law, and staying ahead of industry trends.

You are interested in using data to help our team make informed decisions.

Collaboration is second nature to you, and you excel at working with diverse teams.

You’re occasionally willing to step outside your role and feed our beloved HR geckos.
