**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Legal and Business Integrity Intern** to support our Legal and Compliance team. This internship offers valuable exposure to multi-jurisdictional legal matters in the pharmaceutical industry, while enhancing your research, analytical, and drafting skills. The role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate with a keen interest in contract and health law.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct legal research on a variety of compliance topics as required.
- Assist in reviewing and translating contracts.
- Support basic contractual revisions and amendments for EU and Rest of World (ROW) jurisdictions.
- Perform regulatory research on compliance issues such as sanctions, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, internal training language requirements, and genetic testing.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Support the Legal and Business Integrity function in day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in creating and updating internal training materials and processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in contract law or health law.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong Swedish writing skills are highly desirable.
- Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage and deliver on assigned projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
