As a Night Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests during nighttime hours. Your responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel throughout the night. You will also perform administrative tasks such as closing the day's accounts and preparing reports for the morning shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Perform administrative tasks, including closing daily accounts and preparing reports.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in English is required in addition, proficiency in both written and spoken communication in at least one of the following languages is also required: Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Italian.**:

- **Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience working in a hotel.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently during night hours.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Nachtreceptionist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten tijdens de nachtelijke uren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in
- en uitchecken van gasten, het beantwoorden van vragen en het waarborgen van de veiligheid binnen het hotel. Daarnaast voer je administratieve taken uit, zoals het afsluiten van de dag en het voorbereiden van rapportages voor de ochtendploeg.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Gasten verwelkomen en assisteren bij het in
- en uitchecken.
- Beantwoorden van vragen en verstrekken van informatie over hotelvoorzieningen en lokale attracties.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, waaronder het afsluiten van de dag en het opstellen van rapportages.
- Waarborgen van de veiligheid binnen het hotel door regelmatige controles en het opvolgen van procedures.

**Functie-eisen**:

- **Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist daarnaast is een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van ten minste één van de volgende talen ook vereist: Nederlands, Duits, Frans, Spaans of Italiaans**:

- Ervaring in de horeca of klantenservice is wenselijk.
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om effectief te multitasken en zelfstandig te werken.
- Flexibiliteit om nachtdiensten te werken, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.

**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**:

- Salaris en toeslagen conform de Horeca CAO, met de mogelijkheid van een hoger salaris afhankelijk van ervaring.
- Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarsalaris.
- Reiskostenvergoeding op basis van woon-werkafstand.
