Check out our corporate movie**_ here_**. **Job requirements** As our new Quantitative Risk Analyst, you will join a small but experienced risk team. You will provide risk management support to various entities within the Cefetra Group, working with your five direct colleagues. In this role you will highlight potential risks to our business, challenge our traders and advise on decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will also maintain and improve risk reporting in Power BI to and from the business units and other stakeholders. Furthermore, there is the opportunity to travel abroad to visit our other businesses, colleagues and stakeholders and to attend conferences for further development and growth. In addition to day-to-day business, you will work on projects such as: - Position performance and risk analysis; - Price series & Value at Risk analysis; - Supporting the further development of the risk database; - Developing reports to provide clear risk management insights; - Risk policy/procedure development. **You are** To be successful within Cefetra, it is important to have a 'self-starter' mentality, to be open-minded, accurate and curious. You should be able to work both independently and with people from all levels within the Cefetra Group. You should also be able to identify with the following requirements: - You have a strong interest in market risk and additionally credit risk and/or regulatory compliance and want to develop your career in these fields of risk management; - Your educational background is equivalent to a master's degree in business, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics or comparable; - You have no experience yet or already have some years of experience in market risk, credit risk or regulatory compliance. - You can tackle a challenge by looking from different perspectives and to formulate a solid advice.
