**Position**:
The Retail Field Coach has a key position in the NL Retail Multibrands team. The Field Coach is responsible for coaching, developing and managing the Retail Multibrands. This includes being their single point of contact towards all other departments but also external partners whenever it is linked to their needs and performance. The general objective of the Field Coach is to develop and align the individual performances of each retail colleague to the expected level which Dior has set out.

The Field Coach reports to the Benelux Retail Manager Multibrands.

**Job responsibilities**:
**1./ In-store Coaching & Travelling**
- Coaching the team on core competences
- Curriculum development
- Building strong relationships with top door managers
- Facilitating regional meetings

**2./ Inter-department Collaboration**
- Follow-up with the training team on performance and projects
- Preparing and aligning with the trade team on events
- Planning, optimizing instructions and follow-up with the merchandising team
- Guiding requests linked to IT, sickness, T&E and car park

**3./ Administrative Follow-Up**
- Follow-up and reporting to all relevant retail projects
- Team performance follow-up and reporting
- Planning checks
- External stockroom management and communication

- Relevant experiences in retail and/or luxury. Cosmetics is a plus.

**Additional information**:
Our office is located in Capelle a/d Ijssel, but as Field Coach you will be spending 80% of your time in stores and travelling throughout the country. The other 20% is spent working from home or at the office.
