As our new Category Manager Fragrance, you will take charge of our perfume assortment and lead the execution of high impact brand campaigns. You will shape our collection with the best niche and prestige brands and ensure we deliver strong results for both our members and brand partners. You are commercially sharp, love storytelling, and thrive on making a real impact.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Curate and manage our brand portfolio with a focus on niche and prestige fragrances
- Source and onboard new perfume brands with commercial and brand potential
- Analyse assortment performance and optimise based on key metrics
- Lead the strategy and execution of Rocket Campaigns and brand activations
- Align campaign goals with partners and monitor performance such as click through and conversion
- Collaborate with design, CRM, content and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Build strong, long term brand relationships from first pilot to repeat campaigns
- Coach junior team members and streamline campaign workflows
**What we offer**:
- A gross monthly salary in the range of €4.500 - 5.500 per month depending on experience, excluding holiday allowance and performance based bonus
- A full-time role based in Amsterdam (3 to 4 office days)

**You’ll be successful if you**:
- Have 4 to 8 years of experience in brand partnerships, category management or campaign marketing
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Bring a network or strong interest in beauty and fragrance
- Are strategic, commercial, and comfortable with data and performance metrics
- Are a great communicator and relationship builder
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment and bring a hands-on mindset
- Are passionate about fragrance, user experience, and storytelling
