You will be a key business partner to the Managing Director BU Export and the BU Export Management Team, working closely with Regional General Managers to develop and realize our growth strategy. Met onze pioniersgeest als kompas zijn we uitgegroeid tot een gerespecteerde, internationale speler met een uitgebreid portfolio van bieren, merken, en mout. - Royal Swinkels- Lieshout (NL)- 32 - 40 uur per week**What are you going to do?** - You will conduct sales and margin analysis, control costs, challenge business partners to reach targets, and provide proactive financial advice while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Business Unit Export's development. - You will develop and maintain business cases for localizations and innovations, challenge project teams on strategic fit, profitability, and financial risks, and present and defend business cases in decision boards. - You will co-create budget plans per region with Regional GMs, align budget plans with BU Export Management and SFB division management, report monthly on actuals vs. budget and previous year per region, initiate and monitor corrective actions, and lead the implementation of continuous improvement of the SAP 4/Hana system. - You will challenge business partners on optimal pricing in markets based on value-based pricing principles, support negotiations with partners and customers, and analyse improvement areas in value-based pricing. - You will manage a team of three people and ensure continuous improvement in financial planning and control processes. **Who are you?** - You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree. - You bring 5-10 years of work experience. - You are proficient in English. - Experience with the SAP 4/Hana system is a plus. - You are a team player, proactive, and have strong analytical and communication skills. **What we offer** - A good salary including a 13th month, 8% holiday pay, and a 15% bonus on your annual salary. - 30 days off, travel and homework allowance. - A good pension plan and discount on the additional health premium. - Discount at more than 600 sports locations in the Netherlands. - Big discount on our products in the "Dare to Drink Different" staff shop. - Always opportunities to develop yourself.
