- Gather feedback from different departments and stakeholders within the university to understand the needs and challenges in the field of AI in education.
- Regularly review and update policies, guidelines and training materials based on that feedback and external developments.
- Initiate definition, planning, management, execution, and - where possible
- seeking (external) financing of AIED initiatives and (research) opportunities.
- Annually evaluate and report to critical stakeholders, e.g. the university’s central Education Council (Onderwijsberaad, OWB), on the progress of AI-related initiatives, ensuring continuous alignment with institutional objectives and key stakeholders.
- Act as the university’s internal central liaison to ensure integration and alignment of AIED initiatives across various university departments.
- Act as LLInC's liaison to external stakeholders and national initiatives (Npuls, SURF, AI Coalition).
