**Position Title: Production & Logistics Floor Manager**

Location: QCC ‒ Quality Control Center

Reports To: QCC General Manager

Role Overview

The Production & Logistics Floor Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the

production floor, including dough production, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. The role

ensures efficiency, safety, product consistency, and timely deliveries to all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Production
- Oversee daily dough production according to required batch schedules.
- Manage production teams, ensuring productivity and product consistency.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards at all times.

Logistics
- Oversee storage in ambient, chilled, and frozen areas.
- Coordinate outbound deliveries to stores.
- Ensure accurate order picking, palletizing, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Work with transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.

General Floor Management
- Create staffing schedules for production and warehouse teams.
- Train employees on procedures and safety protocols.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track KPIs such as efficiency, accuracy, waste, and inventory.
- Report daily performance to the QCC Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in production, warehouse, or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred).
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills; English required.

Salaris: €3.000,00 - €4.200,00 per maand
