**nNea**

nNea stands for New Neapolis. Neapolis is the ancient Greek name of Naples which means new city. As for the Greeks, Neapolis represented the new city of Magna Graecia. nNea represents a new settlement of modern pizza. The new school of pizza merges together the science of bakery with the artesanal ancient handcraft of neapolitan pizza. nNea isn’t just another pizzeria on the market. With nNea we open a path to create a new pizza culture far from Napoli. We’re connecting different communities with Neapolitan pizza by sharing our knowledge about this authentic and artesanal handcraft.

As pizza baker, you will be involved in the whole process from dough making to the final bake of the pizza. You will be able to work with high hydration dough, bake in a stone gas powered oven, prep ingredients with the latest food techniques.

- Dough making and shaping
- Line cooking
- Pizza making and baking
- Stock orders

What we’re looking for
- Love for neapolitan pizza.
- Passion for baking/cooking.
- Familiar with high hydration dough
- Knowledge of firewood oven
- Initiative and creative thinking.
- An excellent work ethic and can-do attitude.
- Great eye for details.
- High hygiene standards.
- Speak fluent English.
- Live in Amsterdam or nearby.
