We are looking for a driven and hands-on **Brand Manager** to elevate our brand partnerships, brand management, and (inter)national events to the next level

In this role, you will work with the biggest **A-brands** as well as emerging top brands in the **Spirits industry**. You will be the driving force behind strengthening relationships and expanding our distribution power in **the Netherlands and Europe**. With your energy and strategic insight, you will make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-growing market.

As a **Brand Manager**, you will play a key role in the growth and positioning of our **(strategic) brands** and brand owners. Together with the **Marketing Director** and the team, you will ensure that our brands are not just visible but truly impactful

**Data-Driven Strategy & Market Insights**

To gain a full understanding of the market and identify new opportunities, you will learn to work with external data sources such as **IRI** and **IWSR**. You will translate pricing, volume, and value **analyses** into sharp annual plans that drive brand growth.

**Strategic Brand Activations & International Collaboration**

You will be the **driving force** behind **innovative and attention-grabbing brand activations**. Through **strong campaigns and targeted initiatives**, you ensure that our **strategic brands continue to grow**. You will regularly attend **annual business reviews and brand update meetings** with (international) brand owners, for which you prepare **presentations, analyses, and reports**.

- You are the **driving force** behind our brands and **help determine their success**.
- You **develop and execute marketing strategies** and activation plans.
- You **optimize the marketing mix (4Ps)** for maximum impact.
- You collaborate closely with **Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Trade** teams.
- You are the **main point of contact** for **brand owners** and handle reporting.
- You analyze **market data (IRI, IWSR, consumer insights)** and translate it into **commercial opportunities**.
- You ensure **strong (inter)national brand representation** at **trade shows**.
- You create **compelling internal and external presentations**.
- You manage and **optimize marketing budgets** for **maximum ROI**.
- You understand that **trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings** may take place **outside regular working hours**, and this is no issue for you.

**Qualifications**
- ** HBO/WO level of education** (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
- ** 2-4 years of relevant experience** in **FMCG or the Spirits industry**:

- Strong knowledge of **(online) marketing, retail, branding, trends, and FMCG**:

- Experience with **luxury or spirits brands** is a plus
- ** Fluency in Dutch and English** (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & online media**:

- Experience with **IRI/Nielsen and IWSR** is a plus
