- Associate Business Analyst for LN Technology. Work closely together with the development team on getting requirements described, implemented and rolled out. Promote LN Technology feature to customers and internal organization.A day in the life typically includes:
- Defining innovative software requirements for future releases from customers and the field related to the UX and UI of LN.
- Supporting the development of these products through the development lifecycle.
- Close interaction with product management, development leads, product architects, and key customers.
- Writing requirement documents for the requirements defined.
- Communication of existing and new product release features and capabilities to all areas within the organization, and to external stakeholders.
- Possess a deep understanding of how our customers use our products in relation to the UX.
- Create roll out materials of new functionality for customers and internal organizations.
- Present new functionality to internal stakeholders.
- Support product testing and review, as required, to ensure delivered product meets customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:
As an early in career for this UX related BA role you should be:
- an evangelist for the product, demonstrating capabilities of the product in a positive light in both internal and external settings.
- accountable for the competitiveness of new product-related features, and to ensure that they meet customer needs.
- graduated from HBO (College) or University.
- Cooperative with team members, but also have the ability to work independently within that team.
- Proactive, analytical, accurate and result driven.
- Advanced level in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced level in spoken (and written) Dutch or the willingness to learn the Dutch language.
- Knowledge of Java/JavaScript/GWT/Angular to be the best counterpart for the engineers in the team.
