We are now recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of IMI TWTG’s certification and compliance landscape.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), and product certification processes in line with international standards and regulatory frameworks.

This is a critical role in ensuring our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and security, enabling IMI to deliver reliable solutions to our global customers.

**As our Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and EN-ISO/IEC 80079-34.
- Managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC62443.
- Coordinating and overseeing all regional product certification processes (e.g. ATEX, IECEx, CE, FCC, IC, TELEC, RCM).
- Developing and maintaining a clear certification roadmap aligned with evolving international standards.
- Conducting internal audits and manage relationships with external certification bodies.
- Leading risk assessments, gap analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives based on audits, incidents, and business change.
- Overseeing Management Reviews, including objective setting and performance monitoring.
- Ensuring complete documentation and traceability for certification-related activities and decisions.
- Acting as the Information Security Officer, leading governance and compliance efforts.
- Serving as the main point of contact for notified bodies, certification authorities, and regulatory agencies.

**In order to be successful in this role you must have / be**:

- Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Preferably, knowledge of IEC/EN 80079-34 and/or IEC62443 standards.
- Proven ability to conduct internal audits and coordinate external audit processes.
- Strong understanding of risk management, documentation control, and traceability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute long-term certification roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with regulatory and certification bodies.
- Leadership in driving continuous improvement across QMS and ISMS frameworks.
- Awareness of regulatory and cybersecurity trends in Industrial IoT environments.
