**About the role**:
Are you ready to **drive process excellence and transparency**across the company? As our **Business Process Manager (M/F/d)**, you will take ownership of optimizing workflows, ensuring seamless ERP and system integration, and continuously improving business processes. Your role will be essential in** mapping, documenting, and refining processes**—not only to support system migrations like AX to D365 but also to enhance overall business transparency and efficiency.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- ** Model, map, and optimize**business processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- ** Drive process transparency**by documenting and displaying key workflows across different systems.
- ** Train and guide** stakeholders on evolving processes and best practices.
- ** Identify improvements** and continuously update workflows based on new developments.
- ** Take ownership** of testing and validating processes to ensure they function as intended.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- ** Degree in business informatics or economics** (or equivalent experience).
- Strong expertise in **Business Process Management (BPM)**, ERP systems, and quality assurance.
- ** Experience with ERPs and other business systems**, preferably AX or D365.
- ** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills** - you can influence and drive change.
- ** Proactive and structured mindset** - you take ownership and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Experience with **Confluence and JIRA (Atlassian).**
