**About the job**
The Tiger Team Leader will on occasion lead a temporary cross-functional, rapid-response team focused on resolving critical engineering, supply chain, and production issues related to suppliers. This role requires natural authority and empathy to establish connection with colleagues in temporary teams and on all levels of the organization. Furthermore, the lead is decisive, results-driven and can quickly assess problems, coordinate resources across functions, and implement effective solutions to minimize disruption and ensure project success. The lead is an excellent communicator.

The main tasks are:

- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional Tiger Team to address supplier-related engineering, project, and production challenges.
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to resolve supplier issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Industry teams to implement solutions that meet technical, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Ensure alignment with suppliers to manage issue resolution, negotiate solutions, and improve performance.
- Monitor and report on issue resolution progress, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and senior management.
