Are you ready to take the next step in your career in social media and influencer marketing? At Scooperz, we’re looking for a proactive and creative **Social Media & Influencer Account Director** to lead campaigns for well-known brands in the Benelux market.
- In this role, you’ll combine strategy, execution, and client relationship management in a dynamic agency environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact, social-first campaigns while continuing to grow your skills and confidence.

**What you’ll do**:
As part of our Social Media & Influencer Marketing team focused on the Benelux market, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing social media and influencer campaigns for exciting brands. You’ll work closely with strategists, creators, and project managers to bring ideas to life—keeping both local relevance and global trends in mind.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the strategic direction and overall accountability of social and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment from briefing to final delivery.- Work with well-known brands in the Benelux market, while also contributing to international and regional projects.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact for updates and strategic guidance.- Ensure alignment with creative strategies developed by strategists and creatives, keeping platform relevance and client objectives top of mind.- Work closely with internal experts—such as creatives, strategists, influencer specialists, and community managers—to ensure content quality and performance optimization based on insights.- Support and responsible for junior team members and contribute to a positive, results-oriented work culture.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’re a self-starter with a passion for social media and influencer marketing, and you know what makes brands relevant in the Dutch digital space. You’ve gained experience in an agency setting and are now looking for a role with more responsibility and creative input.

You bring:
- at least 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within social, digital, or influencer marketing.- Strong account management skills—you can lead multiple campaigns at once without losing focus.- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken (fluency in English is also important due to our international clients).- A solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and how content performs in the Benelux market.- Track record of expanding accounts while managing and guiding account managers to deliver consistent, high-quality results.- A collaborative mindset, hands-on attitude, and a desire to make an impact together with your team.
