For Intralox's state-of-the-art facility in Hoofddorp, we have a career opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist. This role will be on-site and preferably full-time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet guests and clients like a pro — with warmth, confidence, and a touch of charm.
- Handling all incoming phone calls — you’ll be the friendly and efficient voice of the company.
- Coordinating with suppliers and maintenance teams — you’ll know who’s coming in, why they’re here, and make sure they’re taken care of.
- Creating visitor badges and managing access — security meets hospitality.
- Setting up travel profiles for employees — helping our team get where they need to go, hassle-free.
- Supporting administrative facility tasks — from booking meeting rooms and managing office supplies to coordinating minor repairs and updating facility systems.
- Keeping the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming — because first impressions matter.

**Who Are You**:

- A people person through and through — friendly, approachable, and always ready to help.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Comfortable with tech — you’ll be using systems for travel, security, and communication.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (bonus points if you speak other languages too)
- Someone who takes pride in being a receptionist — you know it’s a key role, and you own it.
