bilacon GmbH is an expanding company of the Tentamus Group GmbH and an internationally active accredited commercial laboratory. On behalf of its customers, bilacon GmbH mainly carries out microbiological, chemical-physical and residue-analytical tests on food, drinking water and tobacco products. In addition, sensory evaluations and labeling tests are carried out within the framework of marketability testing. Hygiene audits, training and consulting in the food industry and food retail trade are also part of our range of services. Our laboratory in Rotterdam is particularly specialized in the urgent analysis of pesticides and other residues in fruits and vegetables.

We are looking for energetic support in our laboratory for our growing branch in Rotterdam. The start would be as soon as possible. This is an entry position.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

**Your main tasks**:

- Data entry and update of customer and product information with LIMS (Laboratory information management system)
- Registration of samples (weighing, data entry, labeling, photographic documentation, and preparation of sample containers)
- Customer contact for resolution of labeling or order mismatches
- Support the routine setup of the laboratory for urgent 24h analysis
- Follow quality control guidelines
