**Your mission**
As the Sales Operations Analyst, working in the Revenue Operations team and closely collaborating with our commercial teams, you will turn data into actionable insights, steering our decision-making and accelerating Foleon’s growth. You will work closely with the Global Sales Team to provide administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for managing data quality, data flows, and improving the accuracy of these to build a world-class data-driven Sales operation.
As Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to put the infrastructure in place helping the company grow revenue and headcount efficiently. You’ll also collaborate with other Operations colleagues to influence outcomes and implement your solutions, including Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, and Commercial Technology.
**Your responsibilities**
- Create and maintain an accurate reporting structure for Sales and Marketing
- Full ownership of the library of sales-cycle reportingand outputs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting
- Create and manage dashboards & reports in collaboration with Revenue Operations colleagues and commercial teams to steerinsights into actions
- Become an invaluable resource for Sales Leadership, helping with performance reporting and own Sales documentation.
- Optimize data quality, validation, and processes
- Perform analyses to uncover areas of revenue leak, measure potential growth, work cross-functionally to develop sales programs, and develop a Data Strategy to track Sales and Operations’ execution.
- Work cross-functionally with peers in Go to Market Strategy & Operations to incorporate their insight and align on key business projects.
- Focus on the alignment on Sales policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize Sales and Operations’ performance.
- Support annual planning activities and execution (headcount planning, quota allocation, territory design)
**Your Competences**
- A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills
- Ability to accurately enter and manipulate data, as well as discover data inaccuracies, within our CRM
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages
- Pro-active self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse
**Your Qualifications**
- 3+ years of sales operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with senior leadership
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of a CRM system, preferably Hubspot
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools
- Advanced quantitative and MS Excel skills
