We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the guest experience is seamless, refined, and consistently exceeds expectations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the full scope of housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of supervisors and room attendants to achieve excellence in cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service
- Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
- Support departmental budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Act as the department lead in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 3+ years of progressive experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or assistant management role
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping systems and property management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and public holidays
