**Job Description**:
- Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Reservations Agent to be the friendly, professional voice that helps our guests start their journey with us.
Your Role in Our Story:
As our Reservations Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—managing all aspects of reservations from the very first inquiry to final confirmation. Your day will include:
- Handling incoming bookings, changes, and cancellations with speed and precision. Collaborating closely with our Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless reservation process.- Managing and updating reservations using the Opera Property Management System (PMS) with a high degree of accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong working knowledge of the Opera PMS.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure.- A proactive, guest-focused mindset.
