Joining our team means being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to excellence, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, in which every voice is valued and, ideas are encouraged to flourish. **About the Role**: As the **Services Business Development Manager in the BENELUX**i**n our Advanced Solutions (AS) business unit**, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of TD SYNNEX-delivered services through our extensive partner ecosystem. **You will be responsible for strategically driving the adoption, integration, and revenue growth of our complex services portfolio, which spans Support & Managed Services, Professional Services, and Supply Chain/Integration Solutions. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and strategic influence.** The IT services market is in high-growth, driven by increasing demand for business outcomes where products and services together solve IT challenges to deliver business results and value. To effectively capture this opportunity and expand market share, TD SYNNEX must invest in highly specialized talent with deep expertise in both technology and solution selling. These resources are critical not only for articulating the business value of services, but also for helping partners move beyond transactional sales toward outcome-focused, solution-led engagements. This shift enables TD SYNNEX to unlock new revenue streams, deepen partner relationships, and position itself as a trusted, strategic services provider in an increasingly competitive landscape. **What You'll Do**: - ** Lead commercial negotiations and contracting**, working with legal, finance, and delivery teams to define win-win service agreements that support long-term relationships and profitable growth. - ** Prioritize outreach to high-potential resellers** using insights from sales analytics and input from account teams, based on factors such as readiness, market opportunity, and past performance - ** Gather and leverage intelligence on reseller organizations** and key contacts in collaboration with internal stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging - ** Lead reseller engagement efforts**, scheduling meetings and delivering compelling, needs-based service value propositions in partnership with other sales teams. - ** Drive partner activation and acceleration**, working directly with resellers to identify service opportunities, co-create go-to-market plans, and embed TD SYNNEX-delivered services into their core offerings. - Ensure consistent follow-through **from signed agreements to actual service transactions** by coordinating closely with internal account managers. - ** Engage service specialists as needed**, including for scoping, resource planning, and positioning advanced service offerings. - ** Track and drive performance against key metrics**, including the services sales funnel (e.g., meetings held, contracts signed) and revenue/profit growth from assigned accounts. - ** Develop and execute a services growth strategy** aligned to regional and vertical priorities, with clear goals for increasing service attach rates, recurring revenue, and partner engagement across all portfolio areas. **What We're Looking For**: - ** >10 to 15 Years of relevant and related work experience**: - Any Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred - ** Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling**, with proven success in attach or upsell initiatives. - Analytical thinker with a track record of **using data to identify partner opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies**. - Strong **influencing skills** to align internal stakeholders and drive collaboration across sales, services, and operations teams. - Demonstrated ability to **build and sustain strategic relationships with external partners**: - High level of **commercial acumen and a proactive, results-oriented sales approach**: - ** Solution selling** LI-MM1 **Key Skills** **What's In It For You?** - ** Elective Benefits**: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle. - ** Grow Your Career**:Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses. - ** Elevate Your Personal Well-Being**: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program. - ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusio
