**You will be part of the Group**Finance team**, consisting of six colleagues, and work within**SanoRice Holding B.V.**. You report directly to the senior group business controller.**

**Wat is jouw rol?**:
What will you do?

**Set and actively monitor operational standards and targets. By asking the right questions to your stakeholders, you directly contribute to improving output and reducing waste.**

**Responsible for drafting, managing and monitoring operational cost prices.**

**Develop and report business cases and performance analyses. You work closely with colleagues from (local) Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and other departments to advise, challenge, and support the implementation of concrete improvement plans.**

**Ensure our financial processes are well-organized and demonstrably in control. You identify risks and opportunities and provide the management team with sharp, data-driven advice—both solicited and unsolicited.**

**Together with Senior Group Business Controller, you help steer the financial direction of our operations. You provide an integrated view of performance and drive/support improvement projects such as factory alignments and P&L split between sales and operations.**

**Continuously challenge the status quo. By improving data quality and processes, you enable better decision-making and elevate operational performance.**

**Actively contribute to the development and implementation of group policies related to operational data. You ensure clear reporting on KPIs such as OEE, labor costs, and raw material usage, providing insight and direction to the organization.**

25% Operational norm and target setting for the plants and managing production cost prices & benchmarks

**Wat neem je mee?**:
To make a success as Operations Controller, you should recognize yourself in the following description:
**A completed academic degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.**

**2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial or business control, ideally within a production environment.**

**You are persuasive, proactive, and have a strong business sense. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.**

**You know how to translate complex data into clear insights and advice. Naturally, you possess strong analytical skills.**

**You are proficient with ERP systems (preferably Navision), advanced Excel, and BI tools such as PowerBI or Anaplan.**

**You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.**
