Master Planner Emea

As a Master Planner EMEA, you’ll play a central role in turning our strategic ambitions and S&OP targets into reality. You will own the tactical (14-52 weeks) and executional (0-13 weeks) planning horizon, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time—balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and sustainability. Through close collaboration with international colleagues across sales, supply chain, growers, and manufacturing, you will create, execute, and continuously improve the Master Plan. Your decisions and insights will directly impact order fulfillment, capacity utilization, lead times, and inventory health. **Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute the **Master Plan** in line with strategic and S&OP objectives across EMEA.
- Translate marketing forecasts into actionable plans, ensuring demand is aligned with operational capabilities.
- Monitor supply-demand situations, highlight risks, and present mitigation scenarios to support commercial decisions.
- Optimize capacity and resource allocation through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and daily manufacturing planning.
- Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), safety stocks, and obsolete material run-outs.
- Secure seamless order fulfillment across Harvest, Sales, Production, and Transfer Orders.
- Act as the key link between growers, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, sales, and demand management.
- Track and analyze KPIs, such as order fulfillment, capacity utilization, lead times, and inventory fruit age—turning insights into action.
- Lead and mentor Junior Master Planners, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Support process improvements and the development of planning tools that strengthen efficiency and service levels.
- Step in as back-up for the Master Planner Lead when required, ensuring continuity and alignment.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in planning & scheduling, ideally within a multinational FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply chain dynamics in fresh produce is a strong advantage.
- Experience with ERP & planning systems (advanced user) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to project management, change management, or team leadership is a plus.
- ** Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial and financial acumen with strong analytical capabilities.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under time pressure.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
